Introducing the new Sales Portal

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our dynamic, integrated new Sales Portal platform that makes managing business for your customers more efficient.

Sales Portal is your single, secure entry point for the tools and applications you use every day, and contains our latest communications and resources. From one convenient, central website you have role-based access to:
•    ROAM
•    Alerts
•    Marketing Resources
•    Reports
•    News
•    Support Inquiries
How to access Sales Portal
Signing on to the new platform is seamless — beginning Monday, March 6, 2017, simply log in at using your ROAM username and password.

You will continue to have access to the current version of ROAM for 90 days using the direct link.

What’s new?
The Sales Portal Home Page shows important information front and center including:
•    My Apps – icons at the top of your homepage link you directly to tools and applications you use daily to manage client needs.
•    Broker Alerts – the latest news from AmeriHealth New Jersey now appears on your homepage, and articles are archived for easy searching.
•    Alerts – critical news and notifications are visible when you log in, and are stored in the Alerts section.
•    Reports – Provides access to important information included in three “dashboards”: Individual Enrollment, Transaction Tracking, and Customer
•    Featured News – The latest developments and news from AmeriHealth New Jersey
•    Personal links – Users can customize by adding the websites they use most
What’s changing?
•    Resource Center – The Resource Center now appears on the Sales Portal Home page, replacing the tab in ROAM. It’s searchable from any page on the platform, and also includes filtering to help you narrow down your search results.
•    Document Upload – You will be required to upload your small group and mid-market new business quote documents using the Document Center in Sales Portal (see below). You will no longer have access to the faxing capability as of March 3.
•    Quick links – will now be available on the Sales Portal Home page.
New Document Upload capability
In the past, documents for new business submissions were uploaded via FAX. Starting March 6, the new feature the Document Upload feature in ROAM replaces the Document Download function.  This enables you to upload documents directly in the tool using either the common “Browse” or Drag and Drop functionality. Please note: FAX capability will no longer be available as of Monday, March 3.
