Beginning in April, Unum will be rolling out new service advantages – including extended hours for personal service – to benefit your business.

Now, whenever you have a question about ongoing service, you’ll be able to directly contact our service specialist response unit, with no complex phone menu. We have extended our hours to personally answer and return your calls or emails. From 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST, Monday–Friday, just call 1-800-Ask-Unum (1-800-275-6868) or at any time, email AskUnum@unum.com. Messages left after our regular services hours will be promptly returned on the next business day.
