Current Carrier Bonus Program Aetna Health Net Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ To be eligible for a bonus, groups must be new to Walsh Benefits (not just new to carrier) with an effective date between January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. Broker of Letter groups are not included. Earn one bonus point for each new eligible employee enrolled. For group ancillary products, earn 1 bonus point for every 4 members. Broker bonus amounts are based on the total number of points earned and will be paid out first quarter of 2009:
