Temporary Oxford ID Cards Now Available Online

As of Saturday, November 21, 2009, Oxford members will be able to print temporary ID cards through the Oxford member Web site. This new function is only available to members, and is only applicable to medical ID cards. (Employers and brokers will not have access to the print-temporary-ID cards function.)

Features:

Any member who received/receives a new or replacement ID card from January 1, 2009 and forward will be able to click on Request ID Card from the member home page and print a PDF image of their ID card. This will allow new members to print a copy of their ID card in advance of receiving their card by mail.
If a member has not had a new ID card issued in 2009, a temporary ID card will not be available online.
Subscribers will not have access to print a temporary ID card for password protected members. (If a dependent is password protected, subscribers cannot currently request an ID card and will not be able to print the PDF image of that dependent's ID card.)
Members must be 13 or older with an account on oxfordhealth.com to access to the Request ID Card screen.
